Government Insurance Support
Assistance for Eligible Patients with Government Insurance
Additional copay assistance may be available through independent assistance foundations that meet certain eligibility requirements, including income limits. They can help patients with government insurance, like Medicare, who are having difficulty paying for ZYDELIG® copays, coinsurance, or other related expenses.
These are third-party entities and are not affiliated with Gilead Sciences, Inc.
Independent Assistance Foundations:
- Can help provide financial and reimbursement support to eligible patients with Medicare or other government-funded insurance who are not eligible for the Gilead copay coupon program.*
- Support may include out-of-pocket medicine costs, including copays, coinsurance, and deductibles
- Are independent, nonprofit organizations that have their own eligibility criteria and application processes
ZYDELIG AccessConnect™ can provide contact information for an independent foundation that may be able to help your patients. Referral to an independent foundation is not a guarantee of copay assistance.

*The Gilead copay coupon can only be utilized for patients who do not have government prescription drug coverage, including patients in the Medicare Part D coverage gap or "donut hole"
