Private/Commercial Insurance: Copay Coupon Card
With the ZYDELIG AccessConnect Copay Coupon Card, your qualified patients with commercial insurance will pay no more than $5* a month for their ZYDELIG prescriptions. Patients with government healthcare prescription drug coverage including patients with Part D coverage gap known as the "donut hole" are not eligible. The Copay Coupon Card will cover the out-of-pocket costs for ZYDELIG after the first $5 per prescription fill, up to a maximum of 25% of the catalog price. Government Insurance Support
ZYDELIG AccessConnect can refer your patients who have government insurance — like those with Medicare or Medicaid — to sources that may be able to help them with paying for their ZYDELIG copays, coinsurance, and other related expenses. Learn more about the eligibility requirements and support offered by independent copay foundations that may be able to help.
Uninsured: Patient Assistance Program
The ZYDELIG Patient Assistance Program offers free medication for your eligible patients who are uninsured or underinsured, but cannot qualify for the Copay Coupon Program or independent foundation support. Get more details about the program and eligibility criteria.
